Passengers with special needs
The QAL Group wants to ensure that our customers with special needs are able to travel as comfortably and hassle-free as possible. A Disability Access Facilitation Plan has been produced for each of the Gold Coast, Townsville and Mount Isa Airports and details the services and facilities available for passengers with special needs.
