Queensland Airports Limited is a 100% Australian owned, Queensland-based entity, with the principal shareholders being:

• Hastings Funds Management Limited as responsible entity for the Australia Infrastructure Fund
• Hastings Funds Management as trustee for Queensland based Infrastructure Fund
• Perron Investments Pty Ltd

The QAL corporate group structure provides specialist resources in functional areas to ensure an overarching corporate ethos to all airports owned by QAL.
