Shareholder Structure
Queensland Airports Limited is a 100% Australian owned entity, with the principal shareholders being:
- Hastings Funds Management Limited as responsible entity for the Australia Infrastructure Fund
- Hastings Funds Management as trustee for Queensland based Infrastructure Fund
- Perron Investments Pty Ltd
Group Structure
QAL Group of Companies (current at 1 March 2008)
QAL Organisation Structure
A corporate group structure was also established in July 2005 with specialist resources in functional areas to provide an overarching corporate ethos to all airports owned by QAL. This group structure was designed to achieve synergies across all airports and deliver a sustainable return on investment to shareholders, stakeholders and customers.
