Jim is the Non Executive Chairman of QAL. Jim is also Chairman of the Finance Committee and was previously the past Deputy Chairman of UniSuper Ltd.

Dennis is the Managing Director of QAL and Gold Coast Airport (owned by QAL). He is also a member of the Finance Committee and has 20 years experience in airport management and development. Dennis is a registered professional engineer and a Director/Board Member of the following entities;

• Gold Coast Tourism (Chairman)
• Queensland Events - Gold Coast
• Gold Coast City Council Regional Economic Development Advisory Board
• Gold Coast City Council Transport Advisory Board
• Airports Council International - Pacific Board

Non-Executive Director appointed 17 February 2006. Denis is a former senior executive for the Qantas Group. He is also a Director of Australian Air Express and Star Track Express, subsidiaries for the Qantas Group.

Jeff joined Hastings as a Director in April 2008. Jeff is part of Hastings’ executive management team and holds the dual role of Head of Listed Infrastructure and Chief Executive Officer of Australian Infrastructure Fund.

Prior to joining Hastings Jeff was part of the senior management team at Prime Infrastructure/Babcock and Brown Infrastructure (BBI) where he was a key member of the leadership team, first as Prime Infrastructure/BBI’s Chief Financial Officer and then as Chief Operating Officer for BBI Transport Infrastructure. Jeff’s main areas of focus at BBI were the management and operations of infrastructure and utilities in the transport and energy sectors. Jeff also has broad experience in asset management with his role as a Director on a range of BBI subsidiary boards.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Glasgow, and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland since 1988.

Bob is a recently appointed Director of Queensland Airports Limited. He is a partner at the law firm of Mullins Lawyers. Bob specialises in Corporate & Commercial, Property Development, Banking & Finance, Liquor Licensing & Gaming, Construction & Industrial Law. Bob is also a trained mediator. Bob is Chairman of BUSS (Q) (The Superannuation Fund for the Queensland Building & Construction Industry), Chairman of The Private Capital Fund, a Director of Trinity Consolidated Group Limited and Trinity Funds Management Ltd, Watpac Limited and Viking Industries Limited and Director on various other private companies as well as a member on various committees. Bob has been practising law since 1966. He is a fellow member of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia, a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Queensland Law Society & an Associate Member of the American Bar Association.

Matthew has recently been appointed as a Director of Queensland Airports Limited. Matthew is an Associate at Hastings Funds Management joining in March 2007. Matthew’s responsibilities at Hastings include due diligence and financial modelling, monitoring of existing assets and transaction execution. Matthew is also a Director of other Hastings investee companies. Previously Matthew was a Senior Executive in the Corporate Finance (Valuations) department of KPMG in Melbourne where he specialised in valuing infrastructure assets. Matthew has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Melbourne and is an Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia having completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
